Why is the Hyperspace button in the wrong place? It appears that it could be placed correctly. Does one's hand rest in the wrong place to play Robotron? Just wondering about this, as that particular button is one that I go for at those crucial moments in Stargate, that extra split second to find the hyperspace button could result in dead ships...

It always seemed to me that the button was mis-placed in the interest of the artwork. And someone figured that a button in the middle of 2084 wouldn't look right.

I'd think the left joystick would also present problem when playing, because if it is tall enough to make Robotron playable, then it is too tall for StarGate which of course requires a lot of quick reverse button hits.

That makes sense. There's a youtube video of a guy comparing Stargate on a dedicated and on a MW. He says he has to place the left joystick in between his fingers, just so he reverses correctly. I guess MW may be more about the art and multi-play than being perfectly accurate gameplay. If you really need to play Stargate properly, you need a real Stargate cabinet...
Has anyone ever put a real 49 way joystick in the middle of their MW CP?
