Can these behemoths be found anywhere... Bob has a few but not the value I need. Wondering also can these be fabricated with separate discrete caps?

Antique Electronics in Tempe, Arizona manufactures brand new twist prong (a.k.a. "FP" ) can capacitors:

If you telephone them, you can ask them if they have any "new old stock" FP style capacitors in the value you need.
I had the same problem finding one of those. I ended up getting one custom made by DH Distributors. I think it ended up costing me around $15. Their number is (888) 684-0050.

I contacted AES they do not have that FP type cap
