multi sync Neotec 500DXB7 No signal

Been trying to get this solved,bought for my gt o5.I set the the jump mode on game board to medium res then the plug in the video plug r g b g and sync is the last pin on the end power on then it gives me no signal on screen,ok fine this a tri res so ill try in in standard move the board jump back on the gt to standard res same ,try in vga mode move the plug from ega/cga to the vga plug on the back of neo then hook the vga cable into the gt off the grafics card to monitor.same again crap.I noticed two jumpers on the back of the neo one is for vert/horaz the other says comp under it dont know what it does.Also tred in california speed same results.It has to be something simple This is my first try with a tri res what am i over looking?Here is a pic of back with nothing attatched and the front when its all hooked up.

Unless you've seen this monitor work with your own eyes I think I'd verify it works on a PC. Set your PC to a 1024x768 resolution then plug your pc into the Neotec via VGA port (having cable on Neotec plugged into VGA header) and ensure the monitor works/checks out ok.

Crap its the same,no signal.Ideas where to check next.Thanks Ed
 
I have mislead you - you should try the PC resolution at 800x600. I could have sworn it'd do 1024x768 but apparently not (I tried it last night) and I thought my monitor was set for 1024x768 ... sorry for the bunk information - try it again at 800x600. Even at an inappropriate resolution you should've at least had the monitor pop up an error saying something to the effect fo "Out of scan Range" or "improper Resolution selected". Weird.
