I just picked this nasty old whore for 150.00 I called and the women said it worked and was in good condition, so I said i would like to stop by and take a look, when i asked her for her address she said i forgot it, then hung up on me, I called back and left two messages, no call back, emailed her, no email returned, I had my girl friend email her and she gave her # again, so my girl friend calls and leaves a message, this guy calls back and says the game is working and in good condition, so we get a address, 1 hour 20 min from me one way, This thing has no side or front artwork, the joystick shaft is bent, the monitor is crunched on the right side so you cant play it, it has a homemade coin door over the orig, made out of 1/8" steel with bolts the size of your thumb, 1/8" steel going around the control panel with huge bolts, the control panel is warped from being pryed, Ok i drove 1:20 1 way im not leaving with out a game, payed 150.00, I took over 1:30min to get the steel off the front and control panel, the bolts were bugered up the last 1/2 inch on every bolt, cant get the control panel off with out removing the big buggered bolts, then i open the back to work on the monitor and see this monitor ive never seen in my life, or the power supply for that matter, Well if i can fix the monitor im going to give this old whore some makeup and put her out on the corner forsale, I hope theres some john that like's old nasty sea haggs at a good price,

I would hate to see a game from these people that was in bad condition!

I'll bet that was one of the later production Mrs Pacs that had the decals..you can tell from the clean particle board underneath with the adhesive still showing...if that were painted you either see it had been sanded or paint would still be showing....new decals...a new coin door and your good to go...I saw one of those zeniths in a jr pac too...I didn't bother working on it..the tube was cracked and chassis trashed...

Interesting. What you have there is a very-late model production unit.

The cab is all particle board instead of plywood, and had thermal fused side art on it, much like the woodgrain of the mini-myte cabarets and cocktails, when peeled leaves a smooth transparent yellowed glue; vs. the spray masked painted plywood.

It also uses the same metal suitcase power brick that Super-Pacman/BurgerTime used, instead of the plywood board typically seen.

Finally, as with many Super-Pac's, they used the horrendous Zenith manufactured monitor that you will never want to work on or get back together completely if you do take it apart to do a cap-kit.

Also, I see they installed a rather beefy card cage to protect from RF interference. Never see that on any other Bally-Midway cabs.

Instead of taking that beast, I'd have left with the bezel, board, power brick, wiring and marquee; and left everything else for them to dispose. And that's comming from an area where not too many cabs pop up.

Is there any info on that monitor? I hope the hell i can fix the rollover problem, I took the monitor out because i couldnt even think of working on it in the cab, the thing looks like an old tv.Otherwise i just bought a pacman board for 150.00

And that's pretty much all that's out there. Good luck. I have mine out of a Super-Pac disassembled since 2007 after I took it apart to clean it, and have since misplaced a couple interconnect cables, and even if I had them may not be worth my time to figure out where they go. The only positive to this monitor is that it take most common consumer TV set tubes with standard low impdence yokes and it's easy to find a swap.

Thanks for the links, It could use a new tube, this thing is burnt to a crisp, but it looks fine under the tinted plexi ,other than the fold over.

That's a very late run Ms Pac with the craziest coin door I've ever seen. Aside from a Galaga with a full metal plate on the front, that's the beefiest coin door evar!
