Ms Pacman vertially split sprites & curling on side of screen

The need for validation amongst those suffering from severe manic depression can seem overwhelming at times to others on the outside looking in.
 
Four pages of this madness and Mark posted the correct fix in the fourth post. Was it worth it?

Validation can only come from those one respects. You're extremely deluded to think that I'd ever seek any sort of validation from you.
 
I really enjoy this forum. I've learned a lot in the last couple of years just reading the posts and asking questions. But I didn't realize that all the smart knowledgeable people on here were 5 year olds. Our kindergarten classes must have a good electronics program. LOL.
 
Go7 sync Mod???

"G07... There are some resistors that may be incorrect on your chassis. Also, there's a sync mod that will fix that too. You need to do both for a 48 in 1 or a 60 in 1 or you'll have a bend on the right side of the screen."
Do Tell!!! If you have a fix or can point me to one you will make my day.

Ha! I missed this one. Yeah, I was wrong, I've been doing this for 6 months? My suggestion also had no cash spent nor a lot of time loss to the poster. Just an easy 1st check. Yours however would suck if you were wrong and this guy spent time and money to look into repairing F1.

Point is, rather than assure him why you know the answer, you bark out some short answer like a cocky ass and then run around yelling twinkie like you have turrets. Pretty soon you'll embrace your self proclaimed bully mentallity by refering to yourself in 3rd person "Spaeth say's you're a twinkie!"

If he spent 5 minutes of time and $.50 for the chip to replace F1? Yeah -- that would have sucked.

I'll admit that was a false assumption, I don't care enough to appologize though. If you were a cool guy I probably would. Don't forget this all started cause of your comment on dokert.

Then why don't you develop a sense of modesty and kindly direct the disoriented individuals in the direction you know from experience to be correct? What's with the 'I am arcade repair god and you are Twinkie' approach? People will respect and be grateful for you 10-fold with the first approach. Then again, it's just a forum, and they'll edit it anyway right?

Why don't the hacks develop a sense of reality and stop posting garbage, pretending it's the authoritative answer?

To break it down, yeah I did wrongly 'flame' your solution, but only cause you ridiculed dokert's. I'm saying you should have lead him in the right direction to maybe educate rather than pick him from your boot sole.

I really like this forum for what it is, and your current attitude brings it down, that's why I've even attempted to get through to you.
