Ms. Pacman shows 2 overlapping screens, video link included

I'm not sure if this is monitor or game related. The audio works, and you can kind of play the game if you know the layout of the maze, but its very difficult because the screen shows 2 overlapping screens.

Here is a link to the video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1FW5F4M5YM

Its also weird because as well as overlapping, it looks like some of the words at the top, are also on the left side.

I'm not really sure what this means. The monitor was re-capped in the last 18 months. This just started happening intermittently; every now and then after the game was on it a while it would do this. Now it does it all the time.

Any suggestions?

Interesting, the problem I have does look similar to one on that page. It says:

Problem: Mixed up graphics. Graphics repeat at odd places on the screen.
High score section is written in the left half of the screen vertically from the bottom up.
Fix: Broken traces to the 284 card. A8 was floating.

The problem shown though is a pacman problem. Are Pacman and Ms. Pacman boards similar?

They're more than similar. They're exactly the same. If you remove the daughter board that's connected by the ribbon cable, pull the Z80 off the daughter board and plug it into the socket that the ribbon cable used to be plugged into, the game will play the original Pac-Man (albiet with Ms. Pac graphics).

The main game boards identical, the only difference is the data in the ROMs and the added daughter board. So, anything you see that refers to something on the Pac-Man PCB applies to Ms. Pac as well.
