Hey guys I bought a Ms pacman machine and the screen while you're playing will have a slight wave to it and sometimes its like the picture will shake. It's hard for me to describe and its not really bad but if you're playing the tough levels it can really screw up your game play. It's a dedicated cab if that helps.
Any ideas on what it is and how to fix it?

You need to visit Bob Roberts site and read "my pac is drunk"

Before spending any money first try cleaning the connections on the edge connector, and fuse block. Also make sure the connection is good on the signal input to the monitor, that may help this "sometimes its like the picture will shake" ........

I would definitely check the fuse block.take out the fuses and make sure that the connections are ean and tight. If that dosent work then check your edge connecter.see if that helps.PEACE!!!

Every one I've run into the fuse block metal clips are so badly pitted that any fix (aside from complete fuse block replacement) will surely only be temporary.

I just did another full rebuild on a Ms. Pac about a month ago... Took probably 2 hours all the way through. Including rebuilding the connector on the board, crimping a new edge connector on the harness, replacing the fuse block, and general wire clean-up. For the board edge rebuild, I used the Bob Roberts method: http://therealbobroberts.net/pace.html

He sells a Pac Get Well Kit too. Search his parts page for: "Fuse block with 22/44 Molex connector with split pins". This comes with all the parts to do a nice rebuild on your Pac.
