MS. Pacman PCB- whats up with it? Can't get Lizard Lick adapter to work

IIn my attempt to convert my dedicated Ms. Pacman to a 60-1 with the least amount of conversion, I bought a lizard lick conversion adapter and a 60-1 board and tried to install it today with no sucess.. I am only getting a green screen when I use this per the instructions (plug and play). *

here's a pic of my Ms. Pacman PCB, what is up with the jumper on top of the PCB and is this the reason my pac to jamma pcb adapter is not working (due to this mod)? *It appears to be a Pacman PCB that was converted to a Ms. Pacman PCB, but if that was correct why wouldn't the lizard lick adapter work? *Is there something with this setup, ie the PCB mod, that has introduced a non-pac harness of some sort? *

First off, if you are using that filter board with the adapter, get rid of it.

2nd, check to make sure the video ground is connecting through the adapter. I've see one that wasn't...

I hooked my 60-1 Jamma into my MK1 harness, and it won't work there either.. I am thinking that I got a bad 60-1 board now.. ugh. I was hoping to move this machine quickly, just my luck for the weekend I suppose..

Very possible. They have a pretty high failure rate from what I have seen.
I have heard of several new boards being dead.

Are the leds lighting up on the 60-in-1? Just for grins, flip dip switch #2 on and off. or turn it on and hook up a computer monitor to the VGA port to see if it's outputting video...
