So my Ms Pac has lost sound. So far what I've done...

Checked fuses.

I've made sure the amp is working by rubbing my finger on the back.

I've capped the entire board.

Reseated everything I can.

I found another thread that said use a logic probe with sound and probe the 4066 and I got no sounds out of any of the pins. If I was reading that correctly, you should hear game sounds.

And that's where that thread died.

I have a pac man that had developed sound issues. It would just make a very low thump whenever pac man ate a dot and that was it. When researching it I found that the sound proms are at 1m and 3m. The other chips for the audio are 2L, 2k, 1L, and the sound amp.. and I think that might be it. I think in my case it was 2L.
