Picked up the game for a song but a noob to repairs. When I got it, monitor was dead. Game played blind just fine.
Replaced fuse holders and fuses. Cleaned PCB edge connector. Getting 130V into monitor and B+ reads about 149 (I realize that is an issue). Tried to adjust B+ but no change. Everything "looks" good on the monitor chassis.
Now, after all of that, I do not get the "static" sound on game startup that I did, and the joysticks each trigger a different sound effect. The credit switches trigger the correct sound, but the player one switch does not start the game as it used to and just makes a sound effect as well...so game is not playing blind anymore.
Thoughts?
