Hey guys - anyone have some pics of a Ms. Pac Back Door . I would like pics both on and off the cab if possible. Getting ready to cut one for a resto project and I am having a hard time figuring out the cuts. Thanks!

see if DPtwiz or OU Flight can cut you one..

Thanks, but I have no problem cutting it myself. I just don't have one to match it with and I want to make sure the cuts are correct. I will get a hold of him though and see if he has a diagram or layout. Thanks.

You asked for pics, but I think measurements would be a little better.

Below is a pic and also a diagram of the top left corner of a door I have. (Not accounting for 30 years of fluctuating humidity). From that you should be able to figure out the rest.

A) The door is made of 1/2" thick particle board.
B) It is 41" tall and 23-11/16" wide.
C) 5/8" of the bottom is routed down so that there is a 3/16" x 3/16" lip remaining.
D) Each rectangular hole is 5-1/16" x 1-9/16" with rounded corners.
E) Each of the four pairs are separated by 1-3/16".
F) The top left hole is 2-15/16" from the top and 2-13/16" from the left side.

(Just ask if you have any more questions).

Absolutely perfect! Thanks!

To add more, I was able to get to one of my Ms. Pac-man cabinets and I have two small pieces of wood located in the bottom channel that the lip of the rear door fits in. They are 1-1/2" x 5/16" x 3/6".

How tight this fit is supposed to be is unknown considering the age of my cabinets, but one piece was situated all the way to the bottom left corner, so I assume it slid over. Nevertheless, they were obviously put there at the factory.

Now, my rear door doesn't seem to have an area purposely cut out in it for them. However, the lip at the bottom of the rear door is worn down 3-1/2" and 2-1/3" in from the corners respectively, but not enough to account for what I think would be the default positions of the small wood pieces. (See pics below).

So I can only assume that the channel is deep enough to install the the door without any extra provisions cut into it for those pieces which probably serve to make the door fit tight.
