Ms Pac with "Hot Pursuit" button?

I had one of these on my Ms. Pac. I wasted no time in getting rid of it. Some JB Weld and an electrical plate on the bottom, along with some filler and a new CPO, and I was gold.

I've got a weird hack or factory board that plays the game in speed up mode all the time..even through attract mode everything is super fast...its a weird mode..but I looked at the board and it looks like it can be done easily with any standard pac or ms pac board with some jumpers..I need to document it.

I dont want to dirty up HS thread with a competitors kit questions.

I own both and they both have their pros & cons. HS kit is more modern and can run in stealth mode IE - boot direct to a default game. MD kit will boot to 96n1 welcome screen and you go from there. MD kit has 96 variations of pacman and some creative games using the original PCB hardware. HS saves kit swaps the color proms and show games like Pacman plus correct with green mazes.

Both great kits but you get current support with HS one as I dont think Mike is making any updates to his.

There is a "cheat" rom that you can burn and replace in 6F, which allows you to hold player 2 start to act as a "Hot Pursuit" button. Easy to swap and it's non-destructive. It also has the bonus to add invincibility by holding the player start button. Both functions turn off when you let go. Pretty neat.
