I need to check my ms pac pinout to ensure I have everything straight before connecting my board.

I found the pinout here:

http://www.mikesarcade.com/cgi-bin/spies.cgi?action=url&type=pinout&page=Pac.html

But need two things. 1) how do I check the voltage at the connector? Take my multi probe, connect to any that are listed with (GND) and then the other to either the 12v or 7v? Want to make sure board is getting proper power.

2) How do I make sure I plug the board in correctly to the connector...How do I ensure this? Thanks

1) The voltage coming into the board is actually AC voltage, so you'll either need to check it with AC settings, or check it a little farther in for DC settings. You can see where to test it for DC voltage here:

2) Your board will have A/1 on one end of the connector and Z/22 on the other side. Check the manual for the wiring diagram and the colors for each wire to the connector, then make sure that the connector goes on so that the wires to A and Z are oriented properly....
