Hi I'm trying to replace the power cord on my Ms. Pac-Man as the one on it now is missing the ground is starting to lost the insulation. However I hit the problem of that the current cord has a plug to hook into the machine and I'm trying to use a computer type power cord I had lying around for a pinball machine, is there any way to put the wires from the new wire into the plug so it can hook into the machine?

Easiest thing - order a new cord from Bob Roberts that already has the proper connector on it. Very cheap for what it is, and I'm sure there's other parts you might need-

Ms Pac & others 8' AC line cord - $4, here:

in a pinch, you can splice it in, hopefullly soldering and using shrink tubing, but if wire nuts are ok for home wiring, they're fine here, just looks janky

I would prefer a place that takes paypal, so for now I'll just use some wire nuts for it and if that doesn't work out I'll just have to keep on looking

Assuming you have online banking, many online banking sites will let you pay a bill online..with mine, you can pay an individual as a biller or whatever.

okay I just attached the old plug to the new cord with wire nuts, then used electrical tape to keep them together. I'll probably get a complete cord later in the year
