Like the title says, finally brought one of these home. Played blind, so I swapped out a working K4600 chassis I had in reserve. Fairly decent shape. Not like anyone hasn't seen a Ms. Pac, but I'll post some pics later.

Right now, I'm trying to figure out what they have done to her. Title screen comes up as "Super Ms. Pac-Man" and it's got a crazy fast speed hack on a Pac-Man board. I'm not into these at all, and I'd like to undo this mod, once I know what it is I'm working with. Anyone recognize what this is?

Filter board is not in place (was in the bottom of the cab) and there's no daughter board mounted on it's plate.

Original, looks like. Unfortunately there is a gouge out of the paint on the lower left side from someone being careless. Real shame, that. The rest of it is so nice, I'll try to touch it up. Cab should clean up well enough for my liking, but it needs a new CPO.

The machine is in pretty good shape.. Im working on mine now, trying to decide if I should get a new bezel.. Be happy yours is so nice, you should be able to touch up that little spot... That Marquee looks nice too, unfaded..

Noticed the Eyes cab.. Pretty cool..

Pretty gorgeous Ms. Pac! I too hope to have one someday. :) Never heard of a Super Ms. Pac board. Hope you can find/revert it back to normal speed.

Pulled the jumpered wires off, popped a Mike Doyle 96-in-1 kit in, playing pacs the way they were meant. What an easy solution. Recapped the K4600 too...need to adjust colors a bit but she's looking pretty now.

Eyes has a k4600 also, recapped that and it's running too. Neat game, though a bit redundant since it's available on the multi-pac.

Thats a really common hack to eliminate the aux board. I think you can run a kit off the z80 socket with the mod in place but it would need to be unhacked to run standard roms in the original sockets. There is typically three traces that are cut and the jumper wires added.
My mspac bezel is in great shape like that and has the same bad spot as yours in the exact location...weird.
If you need a good control panel I have one with a new overlay on it. Its in good condition, I upgraded my machine with a panel I restored with a nos overlay so I dont need this one anymore. Send me a pm if your interested.
