so did Chris, Winston, Manny in 85 apparently, Bill Kennedy, Pat, Don, Jay....is there an award for most carved up artwork? I haven't touched the other side yet. This is a resto so new artwork will be needed i guess. Got it as a Double Dragon painted black. I did have some hope it was usable before i peeled some paint away. It also had a cut down Asteroids bezel placed upside down for a bezel...meh, what do you want for free i guess.

Its signed by the A-Team and the B, C, D, E and F-Team too. LOL
I would actually leave that on there, its awesome.

Yup... leave the patina and graffiti....Clean/restored games are nice but nothing beats a good set of scuffs, scrapes, and carvings. The machine worked hard to get those, they represent a certain point in time. I'd keep em...

I agree. I'm a history buff and I love things like that; if only some of these games could talk, the stories they would tell. Anyway, that's pretty unique. Keep it.

Kind of reminds me of when my uncle bought an old theater here in St. Louis that has been closed for 20+ years. When he was rehabbing the bathrooms, he came across my dad's initials carved in one of the stalls, and it was my dads doing many many years ago. I don't know if he kept it like that or not.

LOL..you guys are nuts! I've got a few initials carved in my Joust and I do like it that way but this thing is too much for me. I like a little character but i think i would rather go for the resto. on this one. Maybe if it was about half as carved up as it is,maybe.
It looks like most of the other sides art is peeled off, I'll be stripping the rest of the paint tomorrow.
