An op friend and myself have leased a 10,000 sq/ft building here in town.
I'll be walling off 3,000 sq/ft for my new shop/warehouse and he'll take the 7,000 that is left over.
We get all this for 20 cents a sq/ft. Could not pass up the deal.

So tomorrow I start the process of moving all my parts from storage units to one big warehouse. Woohoo!

My area is way in the back. The RV is owned by the landlord and it'll be moved tomorrow.
The RV area is 1,000 sq/ft, the area behind is 1,000 and the area in front is 1,000.

Now that I have a store front, I'm able to become a Stern pinball dealer so if anyone wants a new pin, let me know and I'll get some pricing.

That's awesome. Good luck with the move.

I make about 2-3 trips to SLO every year. You allow KLOV guests to your humble abode? I'd love to check out a filled warehouse. :)

of course visitors are welcome! I'll be open normal business hours (9 - 5) even though I'm 100% web based. The shop is only 1/4 mile from my house so weekend visits are not a problem. I'll have a few games there but a majority of the space will be for parts and the various tasks involved in selling, shipping, sorting parts.

Sweet! Post some pictures of your space filled up when you're somewhat organized. :D

$600 bucks for 3000 square feet sounds like a great deal...especially for your area when it comes to real estate....assuming you make that much monthly to cover...I guess the parts business if more lucrative than I thought...:D

here is the wall that was put up today. the drywall was installed as well.
Now you can kind of get an idea of the size of the shop.
