Mouser Cap Kits Quick Reference

Anyone have a good list for a bulk caps kit? I would like to start buying bulk kits for PCBs and monitors alike as it seems I am doing more game PCBs than monitors and making up a kit each time is getting annoying. I know you can't really stock ALL types you'd need but you can probably get 85% of them on hand and then throw the rest into an order at another time.

Nice! I did not know one could share their project parts lists!
Xicons work just well.
The nichicons have superior slightly better ESR properties...
However the high temp xicons will do just well.
Good to buy the high temp since some monitors have a mix of low & high... there is not much of a price dif...
I am phasing out all my xicons and going straight nichicons and low ESR when the price is right.

I don't suppose anyone has a list of the caps needed for an EYGO? Never heard of Eygo but I bought a cab in which the chassis had been replaced with one. This will be the first re-cap I'll be doing so any help would be appreciated. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

The op I bought the cab from said the chassis needed a cap kit and I should replace the voltage regulator as well since he felt the voltage regulator was the cause of the monitor issue.

Issue the monitor has is that the left and right sides are wavy. TIA

I use 100 lot quantities of the 1 uf @ 50 volt and the other small value electrolytics because Mouser gives a pretty good price break.

Many monitors use lots of the 1 uf @ 50 volts caps.

Lots on game PCBs, too, from what I have seen, though probably even more 4.7uf caps. And for some of the smaller values on my list I skipped the 25v and went right for 50v because there was little or no price difference.

Is it okay to use a higher voltage? I ask because I bought some caps for a chassis today but they didn't have some of the caps at the same voltage as what is on the board.
