Motorola xm501-10b distorted image(video five cocktail)

Hello I've been reading through the forums for sometime, and haven't had a reason to post until now. I recently acquired a video five(pong clone) cocktail machine, and I am getting major graphical glitching/distortion, the large white line on the screen is the paddle and the square is the dot. I can't seem to get the other paddle to come up. I've recapped the monitor(Motorola xm501-10b) with Ian Kellogg's kit. I have higher than normal voltage on the 5v line and I also have no audio. I'm not really sure where to start. I'm posting a picture as it seems it'll only let me post one. I'm hoping somebody will be able to steer me in the right direction. Thank you.

Your monitor looks fine, you have PCB problems. This is a great book for understanding how TTL games work: http://arcarc.xmission.com/PDF_Misc/Video Game Logic Vol 1.pdf

Thank you for your help I was thinking that the problem was the 5v going to the pcb and causing issues from the higher voltage, it's at 5.71v and I had heard that you usually don't want it higher than 5v. Thank you for the link I will read up on ttl pcbs.

I just saw you're from Portland. What a coincidence that's where my game was made. Check out the pic.

it should be 5.00vdc - 5.10vdc.

That's what I had thought it seems like the 5v comes from the separate small 5v/audio board I've replaced the Opamp and still no luck could the transistors on the board affect this I only had q14,q17(nte123ap) and swapped those but didn't have the other two on hand q18,q19 it seems like they are discontinued.I've found the schematic for the game pcb on outerworldarcade.com but not sure if that reduces the voltage down to 5v or what I don't think it would I am checking for voltage from the 22pin edge connector. Thank you
