That's a good point. It is flammable, even just the sitting liquid. So probably shouldn't be used on a whole chassis. When I have a stuck coil I usually remove it to work on then I properly clean it before reinstalling it.
I'm sure Deoxit will work as well. There is at least one variation that is flammable in liquid form but most aren't.
But the DeOxit propellant contains naphtha which is highly flammable. You need to wait at least 15 minutes for that to evaporate before it's fire safe.
