What's your top haul as far as dollar amounts for money found in your machines? I just hit payday with a whopping $70 in change! Also had about $10 worth of tokens. Coin counter was at 144,756

That is really good. I found a quarter once.

$373.25 in a Mrs PAC/ Galaga Reunion machine. Story below if your interested.

Picked up a Mrs PAC/Galaga reunion machine from a pizza place in Chicago, they had gotten fined for no tax sticker on it and needed it gone ASAP. They posted it on Craigslist for $500 and I responded 15min after it was posted. Game was in perfect shape but they told me they could not find the keys to the coins door. Paid $500. Next to it was a stand up Cruzin World with no tax sticker either I asked about it and they said an employee wanted it but asked me to make an offer. I had $114 in my pocket after paying for the reunion machine and they agreed to sell to me but they had the keys and removed a bunch of bills and change from this one. They even paid 2 crack heads with free pizza to load them in my truck while they feed me free pizza!

Got home drilled the Reunion machine locks and found $373.25 between the bill acceptor and the coin box and found $1.75 in the bottom of the Cruis'n. So I ended up paying $239 for a Reunion machine and stand up Cruis'n. Plus got a free pizza out of the deal.

i'm having a hard time believing the early 1980's classic games having full buckets of quarters in them....

when you go to move/load these cabinets. they tilt on an angle (appliance dolly, etc),
and you would hear 1000s of coins falling all over the place making it rain.

I bought a Root-Beer Tapper cab that was converted to a Police Trainer. It had $153.50 in quarters. When we were loading it into the van, you could hear all the coins crashing down. The seller didn't have a key and was quite surprised by the sound of jingling regret.

What's the standard KLOV adage.....pics or it didn't happen?
