Most expensive control panel ever?

Holy shit.

I can only image what the actual PCB would go for? Snake Pit, Rescue Raider, Chicken Shift... damn it why is it all the best Sente games have to be the rarest?

i have a Bally/Sente SAC-1 that was originally a Stompin', now converted to Krazy Bowl. it'd be awesome to find the parts to return it to its original glory but i have little to no hope of ever doing so.

i was surprised at how well the SAC-1 cabinet lends itself to bowling games that employ a trackball as it gives lots of room for carry-through hand movement without the immediate danger of smashing into a bezel. now i wish i'd picked up that working World Class Bowling SAC-1 conversion that sold cheap on eBay a while back.

I have about $500 into my Lunar Lander panel (all repro) although I bet a nice original would fetch that amount or more. Quantum is up there as well, Marble Madness is a spendy one for sure. Arm wrestling can be a spendy one if you can find one.

I have access to a dedicated rescue raider.

I recently came within a hair of getting the full boardset and marquee on Ebay, but the F'n site hosed me in my effort to squeeze in my maximum bid in the last 15 seconds by asking me to log in AGAIN, even though I should have been all set!
Went for $13 when I was going to max it at $75, I'm still F'n pissed over it!

Someone whom started a Sente fansite (http://www.ballysente.com/) said he once saw the stomp pad show up on Ebay, so at least there's a little proof some are out there, and that he was trying to figure out how to make a multi-cart for it, so there may be hope for a restoration if you keep your eyes peeled.

Is Rescue Raider rare? I've seen a couple boardsets pop up on Ebay, can't say that for other titles: Goalie Ghost, Snacks N Jaxson and Off the Wall.

Stompin is definitely out there. There was a Klover on here that was selling the kit w/ the pad awhile back.

Richie is the 'Sente" guru! He told me a interesting story on Snake Pit and it's development and short-lived tenure on location.:(

It does suck that a lot of the *better* titles are the rarer ones especially like Snake Pit - hands down their best title! Judging by this latest auction, I can tell you I'll probably never buy a Snake Pit w/out spending a fortune unless I stumble upon a OP that has one...1984 was not a good year to start an up and coming company I guess, and Snake Pit is proof of that.

Along w/ Richie's multi-boardset, I hope one day ALL the artwork is repro'd so everyone has a chance to own and play some of Sente's rarer gems!

Absolute impossible part to find....I wouldn't have been surprised if that panel had reached $500. I've had a Snake Pit Arcade saved search of Ebay as long as I can remember and this is the only part I have ever seen come up. Don't plan on ever owning one, but I'm real curious what it will sell for if a full game shows up some day...

I am the guilty party who won the snake pit panel....

My buddy digdoug needed one for his machine

Closing the arcade was depressing, but the lack of overhead (over 5k a month) allows me to spend exorbitantly on occasion. :)

Just sold my Journey today, Popeye last week, and a 1/2 dozen newer jamma crap games so life is good.

As per www.ballysente.com; it is a wip
Only Bally sente cart I still don't have is Toggle... And I need a stomp pad for my Stompin!

I will post pics of the Snake Pit panel when it gets here...

picked up a dedicated Hat Trick Cocktail from Lloyd at Coin Op Warehouse and
I have been playing it like mad.

After speaking to Van for over an hour I am all stoked about my Bally Sente project again!
