Going to look at a Mortal Kombat tomorrow. They are asking 200 and it is supposed to be in good shape and working. If in OE cab, what would you offer for it? Not my favorite game but the kids like it.

Good deal I bought one and use also for jamma testing now.

OE you mean the original equipment, as in original dedicated full-sideart? $200 is super-cheap if it is dedicated, you can pull $300-$400 out of those cabs easy.

If the condition is good, you're ahead of the game by about 100 or so at 200. Anything cheaper is icing on the cake.

Again...depending on condition.

Yeah - definitely, If I had a good one for sale for $200, which I wouldn't if I had one with unfaded sideart I'd start at $500 - however, if I had one for $200 and you came over wheeling and dealing with me on a $200 game, I'd kindly show you to the door.

So even though the ad states 200 dollars or best offer I should just go ahead and pony up 200? Hmmm....I probably will not even go look at the game. It is 40 miles away and MK is not something that I would play very much. Ill mull over it this weekend.

Like everybody said $200 for a dedicated MK1 with good condition side art is a very good deal.

If you don't really care for the game then I guess you you got nothing to lose. Might aswell offer him $150 lol

I think most of us would just run and grab it for $200

Yes. If the game is in good condition, my conscious would get the best of me, he's already done the lowballing for you, a good condition MK cabinet @ $200 is nuts. You could bring that home, play it for a month and sell it for double+ rather quickly.

@ $200 I have a feeling something isn't kosher, could be the seller is just clueless.

I'll be honest and say i paid 275 for a painted over MK1 with rough but working wiring and no game board once purely out of want.

I wouldn't say i got a good deal but i'm happy regardless :D. It was a heat of the moment with no rubber kinda thing.

200 is a good deal (now wiser to the purchase).

Well, I did not buy it. I did not even go look at it. If anyone is interested it is on Craigslist in Macon Ga. It is listed at 200 dollars OBO. I really don't care for MK so I could not see the 125 that he was willing to take. Call me what you will but I have too many other projects to spend money on this. Thanks for the replies...
