IT HAS BEGUN! Errr rather IT IS DONE!
Long story short, I had a spare MKII board and came across a poor dedicated MKII cab that had been brutality Golden Tee'd. Figured I'd restore it and sell it so here it is. My goal was to make this as factory fresh as I possibly could. Here's all what's been done:
*Stripped conversion paint
*Bondo'd any holes/gouges/chipped edge
*Vacuumed out the interior
*Stripped the entire cab down to it's bare bones and cleaned it top to bottom, inside and out.
*Painted the entire back/top of the cab
*Removed and cleaned every internal part, from the cabinet wiring down to every screw.
*Removed and clean/sanded/painted every exterior bolt
*Replaced any missing factory screw with a near identical replacement
*Removed/cleaned and or painted the speaker grill, both coin doors/frames, power block, back door lock plate, power switch plate, coin & dollar bill shute, coin counter plate
*Cleaned both coin buckets
*Cleaned both marquee and monitor glass
*Revinyled kick plate and kick plate sides
*Reproed and replaced all serial number stickers
*Replaced wood control panel
*Replaced t molding
*Replaced the ghetto conversion jamma harness with the correct MKII factory harness
*Replaced the missing coin door service panel
*Replaced the rusted bent leg levelers with brand new locking casters w/ new mounting plates
*Replaced missing rear tilt wheels
*Replaced all cabinet art with the exception of the overlay on the metal cp cover, which is original
*Includes original locks/keys (w/ a second set of 2 of 3 keys)
*Deck protector is brand new and still has the protective film on it
*Sprayed down and cleaned the tube/frame/chassis
*Recapped/reflowed chassis
*New sticks
*Performed the no battery CMOS mod
*Upgraded the pcb to Plus
*Preloaded my save with all hidden characters unlocked
