Has anyone vectorized this CPO yet? I see that MAME Marquees sells one, so somebody must have. I need to get the original vector file to be able to tweak it in Illustrator to fit a Double Dragon CP with 2 extra buttons added. If you have one or know of one that is Illustrator ready, LMK. BTB, has anyone done this for a Multi or other custom Machine?

Does this ring a bell?

I hate that version, cause the print isnt on the buttons. I dont like those little dudes where there script goes. I found a NOS one on Ebay for $45 last year. I know this doesnt help, but I'll show you a pic anyway ;)

Very interesting Phet. When you get the customized version done, be sure to post some pics so I can steal another idea from you...

I have an original MK1 and it has the words, not the men.. and I never recall seeing an original CPO with the men on it.. Why go through all the trouble of restoring an MK1 and put something like that on it?

The original was with the little guys. Midway re-released it with script for those who couldn't figure out the pictures. I bought a NOS little guy version last year or early this year (can't recall).

Aaah great! I met another avid mk collector who argued that my repro art was 'the wrong one', the guy is a upstanding guy and probably a klov, buts its good to to hear that the version that I have was the early production one

I'll have to check the serial # on my mk1, I think its in the 40k range.

I was thinking that the stick man cpo would have been on overseas game, but I guess I was wrong.

Do you have any documentation, such as an early original serial # machine with the stick figures on it? Not that I doubt you specifically, just looking for a documented original machine to support at this is correct.

Hey Spy, that link you sent me was for a .jpg? Is there a .ai file as well that I am missing when I click your link? A .jpg won't do me any good unless I wanna re-vectorize the whole thing, which I don't really have the time for these days. Thanks for the help.

I don't have any documentation but I believe you can know by the part numbers. I'll have to check the part number on the one I have and cross reference it. I noticed that MAME Marquees aka Game on Graffix has the stick guy CPO listed as VS1 and the script version listed as VS2. Might want to shoot them an e-mail to see if there is a reason as to why they have them listed this way.

The script version being the later version makes sense as it would be easier to issue conversion kits with script, due to the varying sizes in CP's.

Even better
