ok I realize I am the biggest fucking idiot in the world.

I download winwar from the link, and try to download the UMK3 cards and I am no closer than I was 2 weeks ago.


is there a trick?

ok lol, Umm.. I'll go through each step and hopefully you can find out where you went wrong. 1. Click on download link
2. Download to computer
3. Make sure you have either winrar, winzip, or 7-zip
4. Right click on file and click extract here.
5. You now have the file.
