Well the good thing is that the original MK's are being exposed to the younger generation.

But if the conversion sucks, is that a good thing at all?

You know I saw this on the PSN store the other day, and thought about buying it... but since I saw this thread and saw how buggy it is, I'm glad I didn't get it.

I picked it up the PS3. Got the PDP stick when I bought MK9. I have only played it a little bit, but I did notice the sound issues.

I was excited to buy this, but the laggy online play has ruined this for me. ugh. When are they going to fix this? If you can play 30 vs 30 and so forth in the shooting games with no problems, why are 1 v 1 games lagging?

because they used the god damn unreal engine like assholes just so they can add the screen effects. completely stupid and pointless and not true to the arcade. they dropped the ball big time with this especially since it took forever to come out.

I'm on xbox. Maybe my router settings? Any other game online does not lag or lack in any way.
