Edit: Phil Bennett has offered to take a look at my board. Thanks Phil!
Hey all,
My name is Tony and this is my first post here on the forums... and it's a mouth full, sorry. So I very recently bought my first arcade cabinet (about a week ago) and its an MKII. Owning one has been a childhood dream for a long time so when one came about on Craigslist I jumped at the opportunity. When I picked it up it played pretty well, although it didn't have any sound and ROM UG17 was showing up red. I took it home, hooked it up and all was good. Then it started randomly resetting itself back to the diagnostics screen so I looked up possible reasons for the game to be resetting like it was. I found this video on YouTube:

It was a great resource, and fixed my resetting problem, but after adjusting the voltage on my PSU I started getting red RAM chips and the games graphics are looking pretty ugly. I'm not sure what I did to my PCB (I'm guessing I cooked it a bit) but any help would be greatly appreciated. Like I said, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to arcades so I have absolutely no idea where to get the replacement parts for this or how to do the replacement of the RAM chips myself.
There's a part of me that wants to just dive in and try to do the soldering myself (which I've never done) because I need to learn it at some point, but then there's a side of me that wants to send it in for repair (except I don't know where to send it) because I don't wanna do any more damage.
Thanks in advance for any and all help
TLDR;
I bought an MKII arcade cabinet. I need to replace the RAM chips UA11 and UA12 as well as ROM chip UG17 but don't know where to get the parts, what to look for when trying to find replacements (I've been trying to google it), or how to replace them on the board. If anyone here repairs these boards or knows someone who does please let me know.
Edit: When I went to check the voltage coming out of the Power supply (which is the original PSU), the +5V and -5V were a bit high but the 12V was registering above 14V. After adjusting the PSU so the -5V was accurate the 12V was still in the mid 13V range. Is this bad? Should I get a new PSU?
