Hello Everyone. I'm selling a restored Mortal Kombat Original.

Cabinet was refurbished - all edges were sharpened - cabinet was laminated with Formica - trimmed to the edge. All new art was installed. Art came from Sean from https://www.reproarcade.co.uk/ - I personally think he offers the best repro art out there, most of which him and his team have personally scanned (I've provided him with a few NOS scans as well).

New Yellow T-molding ( I think it looks better).

Everything has been gone over. The cabinet was upgraded with a Unico 26" 4:3 LCD panel. I installed a service outlet which has two to plugs - one of which powers the monitor.

Sound board was completely serviced - the game sounds incredible.

I typically go all out on my restores - I've put a lot of money into this one - asking $3500

Local pickup - I'm in Los Angeles, California.

I have a few more restores I will be selling: NBA Jam, Smash TV, Sunset Riders and TMNT all full restores except for Smash TV which is a partial restore. I'll be posting those soon.

You went all out and put in an LCD? It does look great in the pics. GLWS.

Not sure if that was a dig at me but, yes I went all out - I put a lot of work into this - I don't believe installing a Unico contradicts that statement...

Game didn't have a monitor in it so I decided to install a LCD with the correct aspect ratio. I recessed the bolts on the side of the cabinet in case anyone wants to install a CRT in this. I love CRTs but they are getting harder to maintain and I've had one or two start smoking on me over the years.
