This was a long time dream of mine that I finally was able to build and I wanted to share this with everybody, and get some thoughts on what you guys think. I built and eventually sold it before i even joined KLOV, or I would have let everyone go through this with me every step of the way. I found an MK cabinet that had been converted to a world class bowling and I went from there. I put in mike's double jamma switcher so i could have both MK1 and 2 in 1 cab and used an MK dragon LED from paradise arcade shop for the switch. From what I've seen, just about everyone here could do a better job than I did but i am really proud of this baby. The hardest (and most expensive) part of this build was the marquee, cpo and boxart. the rest is just a typical restore. Thanks and I hope you guys like what you see. Oh by the way I only sold this because i found a better dedicated MK1 and MK2 that I had to have, the MK2 is almost perfect and I couldn't pass it up.

Dude, I think it is badass. It is easy to tell that a lot of work went into that machine. Sucks that you sold it, but from the looks of it, you have a full MK lineup anyway. Nice work.

thanks man, yeah it really hurt to sell it but if you could see the MK2 I got you'd agree it was worth it. I actually lost a little money in selling this but I had a great time building it, heck the buyer may even be a member here.

kinda neat to see you guys were talking about me before i even joined. Yeah i completely understand about the MK cab, but there was nothing Mk left on it, i know the cab is the most important part, but honestly i have seen half a dozen in less than a year where i live, i didn't think they were that hard to find, although they are all not Mk's anymore. I got the sideart from GoG, and it was a little fuzzy/washed out just like you guys noticed, but i didn't know whee else to go. I ended up losing about $50 in the sale of this, not including my time but I just chalked that up to experience.

I will post what I have, but i don't have the final proofs. All that was used for the box art was MK3 sides and the front of the box was just the marquee resized with the "kombat select" button added. I had them done at GoG by Vlad. scott may still have the files if anyone wants them. i will attatch what I have though, hope that helps.
