My dumbass pulled my BZ big blue without paying attention to what wires hooked up to + and what to -... can anyone give me a hand?

I don't have access to my power block at the moment, but instead of guessing, I would check the manual and trace the wires.

Hang on. Let me go pull the docs and see if that sheds any light.

ken

Edit: Too slow.
You should be able to figure + and - out from the bridge rectifier.

Those docs don't show whats + and whats - on the Big Blue. Being I don't know how to determine what is + and whats - on the bridge rectifier, I am in the very same boat.

One group of wires comes from the fuse block (among other things) and the other group of wires doesn't come from the fuse block... which would be + and which would be -?

If it's standard Arari color coding....negative is purple....positive is orange.

Let's try this... I screenshot a part of the schematic, I think this is the right area:

I think this is the picture you are looking for. Note the '+ +' to the right of the right hand screw terminal.

The bridge rectifier will be marked to show the the AC inputs as ~ or AC and the + and/or - will be marked.

Yes, the scat shows what hooks to + and what hooks to -.

The one odd spade on the bridge rectifier is the +, diagonally across from it is -, and the other two are AC.
