So apparently GameStop decided that because there is a free OnLive copy of Deus Ex in every PC version of the game, and because OnLive is a competitor of GS (it is?), they were opening all copies and removing the coupon and selling those opened copies as New.
First off, I don't see how OnLive is a competitor of GameStop. If it is, then so is Steam, right? So why didn't they do this with Portal 2? (Oh I see, they acquired some steaming service recently...well whatever)
Now they aren't opening copies anymore and selling them, they just refuse to sell any copies until a version is released without the coupon. Square Enix should just tell them to fuck off.
Anyway, just keep digging your grave, GameStop. I can't wait for the day you are crushed under your own bullshit.
