Moon Patrol

Spyridon that resto is P H A T...

One of my favorite games for artwork and color scheme...really sick man that game is beautiful.

Was bummed when I ventured into the Kennywood Amusement Park Arcade, PA and this game was the only one out of all the classic titles that was not working. I'll admit my wife asked me what the hell I was doing staring at a game that was not working.

Love Moon Patrol...again great restoration!

Normally, I take it out and strip it down first, but because the previous owner had already painted the front, it was in good enough shape to leave in, mask off the coin reject and locks, and repaint in place.

Say it ain't so!!! :)

Great job on the stencils, I still need to try one someday.

Hey'd ya ever finish this bitch?

Yes...yes I did!

These are both amazing. Someday I'll get around to cleaning up my Moon Patrol. The smoked glass looks cool, at first I didn't see what was missing. It just looks sleek.

It's not smoked. At least mine's not. And just for reference, I call the monitor glass the bezel, doesn't everybody?

Yes I do, unless the bezel is plastic or cardboard underneath.

It looks like there is smoked glass/plexi on your cabinet, so I am guessing that you put smoked glass over the bezel to hide monitor burn?

This makes me think, in some cases it is impossible to smoked plexi between the monitor and the glass bezel, I wonder if in those cases one could put that plastic sheet automotive window tinting on the monitor tube, or the back of the bezel...

Someone been sipping Goldschlager this morning? My glass bezel is not smoked. Spy's is, but isn't the correct glass bezel. Mine has the graphic 'bezel art' screened to the back of non-smoked glass. Spy's has no bezel art. These are 2 different machines, and Leeeeeon's getting laaaarrrger.

LOL! I wish that explained it! This is yours right?

The bezel looks darker, maybe it is just the outside lighting, but to me it looked like the glass was tinted, or there was smoked plexi on top. Sorry for the confusion.
