I agree and disagree. Its obvious they know very little about arcade machines and pinballs. They seem to have zero interest in the arcade machines at all. Most likely because in the past there was no money to be made on them.
For the most part their values are pretty close on most of the stuff they buy. In most cases its stuff they have sold before so they know what they can get for it.
I think its funny they called that Indian motorcycle a rooster tail model. I have never heard it called anything but a camel hump the past 30+ years I have been dealing with Indian motorcycles.

The show formula is getting old, and the entire value assessment of what they bought vs projection of sales is ridiculous.

Just like the lame storage wars shows, it's everyone's assumption of worth, which of course flames the fire of newbie's into the hobby with illusions of grandeur.

I work in television and when it encroaches upon my personal life and hobbies, it's crossed the line dammit!

Yeah, not so much. Those upper chest tattoos alone are enough for the no category. Her face is pretty hurt too.

Ok..since everyone else has an opinion on Danielle..

Not so much a matter of how much the Pawn Shop is paying, it's comes down to how much the History Channel is paying. Would ChumLee own those cars if it was not for the show? Not likely...

Look at all these 'shows' - It was pointed out to me by a coworker that lives/watches all these type of shows, he noticed that the original home that the 'Little People, Big World' lived in at the start pales to the mansion that they lived in at the end of last season. Obvious that they are paid well for just being on TV.

I would guess that the dad and grandfather make the most money off Pawn Stars.

The son *Big Hoss" and Chumlee are paid much less, since they are merely employees of Gold and Silver Pawn, not owners, and probably don't have an ownership stake in the TV show. However, given the amount of money involved, they are all doing well. That show must be making tens of millions of dollars, if not more. It's one of the most watched shows on television, almost cracking the top 10.

However, you can look at American Chopper as an example of people coming into sudden wealth and fame, and how it can destroy family relationships. I would not be surprised if there is a Chumlee or Big Hoss spinoff show.

John and Kate plus 8 is/was similar (I can't stand the show, but my wife loves it). Kate lives in a mansion now...

Hot. More often than not IMO.
I like the tattoos. She's a little "Thicker" then I usually like but that's not to say she's fat.
