Sorry for music, audio was corrupted. My monitor waves, and I ca not adjust the screen so Im can see everything. I checked the chassis and all the caps look great. It has had a cap job done on it before, and none of then are puffy or leaking. I checked for cold soldier joints and could fine none. I believed it was a Kortek KT-2502LF. I asked and that is what I was told, and the pics looked correct. I ordered a cap kit from Bob Roberts and none of the cap are the correct sizes, and most are too small as far as the v goes. Thoughts?

I'm guessing here (not a monitor guy), but I think you have a voltage issue or a sync issue. I'd suggest the following:

Basics:
1. Remove and clean all connectors (even the wires that go to the yoke collar, if present.)
2. Check your grounds are solid.
3. Check your voltages, and look for variance.

I'm learning about monitors, but don't know enough to provide more than general troubleshooting tips.

Your colors look ok. I would change out the big cap in corner (filter cap) and voltage regulator. Should fix your problem
