Guys, I wanted to give you an update on the shipping of monitors that you bought from me.

Aaron, (7146aaron) drove 3 hours to work with me today to try to get as many as possible done. We loaded up over 50 games from my warehouse and brought them to my garage. We were able to get 13 monitors that had no burn-in out of the 50+ games. But it is not as easy as just grabbing monitors out of games, we bring them home, pull off the plexi and check for burn in. if there is no burn in, we pulled the monitor and set it aside. If there was burn, then we cleaned the cabinet and took pictures of the game so that it can be ebayed, then loaded up the complete working games, and carcasses from the ones that were pulled and returned them to the warehouse.

I just walked in from boxing up 8 of the monitors and those are leaving tommorow. we started at 9 this morning and its almost midnight now. So im doing all i can to get them out. Im not trying to sell any other parts or such untill i fill these orders. I will be boxing up the other monitors tommorow and shipping them out as also.

I will be limited to what i can do tommorow as i have a funeral to go to for one of our hometown fallen soldiers. Im a vet of desert storm myself so i attend as many of the memorials as i can for our young men. I hope you understand that i feel obligated, exspecially when my town is only 4000 people, one way or another you know the family of the soldier. Also, aaron can tell you, the whole stretch of the main road of my town, about 5 miles, is lined with a flag on both sides about every 25 yards to make a path for the procession from the airport to the funeral home, its a beautiful sight, just sad that a young man had to die to get to see it.

Also, while me and aaron were working on the games/monitors, i got a call from the guy that i bought the 400 games from and he wants me to come wednesday to get another 50. His lawyer told himthat they have to be off of his property by the 1st of the month due to a new state law. Te operator is about 100 miles from me, so that will be an all day event.

I will be hammering out a bunch more over the weekend as well. Believe me, i want them out as quick as possible.

So lastly, if my time frame is not good for you, please let me know, ill gladly refund your money. Exspecially when arron ebay one of the monitors and got more than double what i sold them for. But i am a man of my word and intend to ship out everyone of them, just that it is taking me a little longer than expected

thanks for understanding
troy

ps. everyone that has requested a specific brand has gotten what they wanted, a few that did not specify, are recieiving the next available model. I made stacks of WG, Vision Pro, and kortek, and then unspecified, when i ran out of request for VP or Kortek, i then packaged it up for someone that had not specified the brand preference

If you have any questions, PM me your phone number and ill call you and talk directly to you

Monitors

The flags lining the highway was an impressive sight. I am glad I got to see it.

I have to say, that is the most games I have gone through in one day to get ready for Ebay. I will be out again as soon as I can.

Gotta give you an A+ for communication. If/when you get to a point where you know if you have any left... I'm up for one.

What a sight, just to bad a young man had to die to be able to see it.

There were about 40 government vehicles in the procession, of course, all of our towns police cars and fire department vehicles, and many patrol cars from local city and state agency, police, sheriffs, state police, secretary of state police, senate and house representatives, etc

also, a group of motorcycle riders called "the patriot riders" who travel to honor fallen soldiers. there were probably about 50 bikes involved, which is noce to see harley's riding alongside yamaha, kawasawki's, and BMW bikes. As i said before, our town is about 4000 people, and they estimate that on the 4 mile drive from the airport to the funeral home that there where well over 1000 people standing on the side of the road to pay their respect. The main road which is a state highway was closed down during the procession.

update on shipping

I have shipped alot of the monitors as of today. of the 25 people that ordered them from me (some who ordered multiples) I have shipped to 19 of the people as of this afternoon. Meaning that they are already packaged and sent to the post office. I have 6 more people that have bought monitors and if all goes well, they will be shipped within the next two days. More than likely tommorow.

The initials off of the paypal invoice of those that i have not shipped are

mc 1 x 13 inch monitor SHIPPED
js 2 x 13 inch monitor SHIPPED

ss 1 x 19 inch SHIPPED
jr 2 x 19 inch SHIPPED

ww 3 x 19 inch thusday
kt 3 x 19 inch thursday or friday (contact me about why this is last)

there were 45 monitors that were sold in total, so i have gotten out a large percentage. but i have run into a lot that had screen burn, and im only shipping ones that have no screen burn that i can see on them. Also, alot of people requested specific models, which i have met each of those request, but that adds a little time trying to find the model that they want. I am not selling anymore monitors still, and after all the work involved, i dont think that i will sell anymore. At least not for the same price since a few that picked up monitors have sold them and doubled there money, i guess i sold them to cheap. Also, i am not taking anymore request for specific models/brands, as that caused alot of additional work

Hope your happy with what your getting and with the updates that i have posted. Besides the monitors that i have sold, i have had alot of pick-ups of full complete 8 liners so its been 18 hour days everyday except the funeral day. I didnt realize it would have taken this long to get them all out or i would have quit selling them earlier just to keep up, but i cant go back in time

I got mine today, looks to be in great shape. Of course, I had to pull it off the frame since it was going in my Galaga cocktail. And I gotta do some tweaking to my wiring since the video cable in the game has the two separate Molex connectors and this Kortek has a single input header. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get it finished up.

Fred Phelps and his bunch of @#$@!s didn't show up for that funeral, did they?

got mine yesterday thank you very much
Robert
