Hey, The arcade monitor I am using has the obvious rgbs and ac in,
But, it also has two other wires that look like the go around the wire to de-magnazie it or something, Does anyone know how I would go about hooking these other two wires up or if I even have to?

Depends on what the make/model monitor is.
Some plug into the main chassis, some have an external button they plug into.

Got a pic of what you are asking about?

It is a MS9-29S / 74130086

The Nanao monitors generally have an external button setup mounted off the main chassis for the degauss circuit. The wires you were refering to earlier would go to and plug into that. Which you are obviously missing.

Also, the tube says 100ac, If I don't use an isolation transformer will I be sending to much voltage?

You need an isolation transformer with 100v AC output.
Steps down the 120v (or 240v whatever you all use normally) to 100v AND isolates it from the mains.
