monitor power question, may have already been answered but need conf.
hey guys. i have two questions actually, i have a monitor, a k7400 that has a 3 prong female ac input connector on the chassis. my cabinet has only a two prong. i spliced the wires and rigged something up that should be fine for now, but id like to get the proper connectors. does anyone here know where i can buy the p101 male and female connectors, with the metal inside clips included?
also i just wanted to confirm something that i read in the electrohome thread. the 3 prong (not compatible with the chassis) connector that comes out of my psu goes to an iso transformer. the k7400 does not require an iso but id like to keep it there if i can. the problem is i dont know which wire coming out of the iso is the hot and which is the neutral. someone said it doesnt matter, can this be true?
