Monitor position changes between games (Konami 4P)?

Has anyone used a Konami cab for multiple games?

I have NBA Jam, Simpsons, and Captain America all in the same cab, but each game seems to have different positioning for the monitor by default...is this normal?

It's not that big of a difference between Simpsons & Capt America, mostly it's between those two and NBA Jam. I figured you could straight-swap Simpsons / NBA Jam without having to adjust the monitor every time...is that an incorrect assumption?

The machine was originally a TMNT cab, and for some reason NBA Jam TE is about 1/3 way over to the right-side, off screen, and largely inflated in size. When I adjust to NBA Jam, then go back to Simpsons, the position is off screen to the left-side and shrunken in size.

Another issue I've noticed with Captain America (and a little with NBA Jam) is that the screen in slightly tilted to the bottom-right about 1/2 inch. Is there a way to adjust the screen's tilt?

So, I just need to deal with it? :p

Guess I'll just have to mark the positions for the adjustments to make it easier for me to swap em out.

How about the tilt? It's not terrible, but like I said, there's a bit of a tilt enough that it's noticeable.

I would try to cap the game board (If it's not surface mount) and maybe that would improve the signal.

It's not a matter of improving the signal - the signal is getting thru just fine. It's a matter that different games output on slightly different frequencies, and those frequencies will place the image on slightly different parts of the monitor.

You may be able to find a "sweet spot" that looks better for all. Only way to tell is to try it out.

Almost would have to see a pic of that.
If it only effects those particular games, then it's most likely an adjustment like your other issues. Try playing with the 50/60Hz pot, it's the little one hiding behind the wires in your second pic.
