Was just talking with someone and he was telling me about issues he's had with Metal Cabinets. I have a Sega Aero Cabinet and was going to start installing a new Monitor in it when he sent me an email stating:
I've worked on those metal framed cabs and had issues with signal interference...something about the game boards and wiring meant for those cabs are specific (speaker magnets and the metal cabinet have caused the monitor to go red).
Has anyone heard of issues like this? Or would it just be a mistake in the wiring job? I'm curious as it's the first time I've ever worked on a Metal Cab of any kind myself, so I'd like some advice before I get started.
Thanks
