OK, just to clarify for everyone. The main input is 123v, the B+was 130.7V. I did try the game board in another cabinet and it has video. Adjusting all black, bright and flyback screen changed nothing. R57 checked in at 1.77 ohms. Now, while reviewing all of the above, I heard a pop and now the B+ is 168V, no 12v, no neck glow. The main fuse meters good. WTF?

before you go any further you need to cap it and replace the fly. and re-flow the problem areas and big resisters

i would look to see if you can find what blew up with a visual inspection.

measure your vr and see if its still good as your fuse should have blown if the H.O.T. was bad.

check c36, 37, 38 to make sure they did not short.

Did the cap kit, replaced the flyback, replaced the voltage regulator and C36. Just some minor tweaking left, but I have a nice picture now!
