Next time the monitor goes blue, disconnect the connector to the neckboard. If it stays blue, you probably have a tube problem. if it goes away, then it's a chassis or wiring problem..

Stays blue....So now i was wondering wouldnt i be able to hear the game in demo or play blind if its just a monitor issue?

Has this game ever worked, or are you starting fresh on it?

You could have 2 problems, a monitor issue AND a gameboard issue.

Can you share more details? Also some pics of the monitor's image would help.

Game was working fine with no issues. The board aswell no issues, i have also tried different boards that are in other cabinets that are running. ill get some pics in asap

Remove the blue drive transistor on the neck board. If it stays blue, then it's the tube and you need to hook it up to a rejuvenater...

added some pics of the monitor when it is turned on, Again i tried a different board and still no sound or response from anything. Still need to go through all the wiring. But found out some help full info yesterday.

Stupid Sister's BF tried to put a board in himself without asking.....she showed me the board and surprise surprise dumb ass tried a non jamma in there!!!!

This must of been a while back as i have not tried this machine in a while. So now im assuming there is more issues.....

Maybe. Check the power supply voltages. usually a wrong-pinout board will blow up the board, but I guess a board with two pads tied together could be put in across a ground and voltage pad and take out the power supply...

now im almost certain it is not the monitor.....with what i have checked and read no sound from any games i put into it or even response from the coin mech. power is going to all areas but not sure what i should be checking for now

where i live not to many people are in the the hobby will be hard to get someone with knowledge to get this going. I had a tech from SML here in calgary look at it a while back and they seemed to have less of a clue what is wrong with it.

I really want to get this machine working but kinda a t a stand still now. I need to get a good multi meter to check everything to be 100% sure.

trust me the last thing i want to do is damage something else in there. I have other machines working just want them all working. Ill figure it out soon i hope.

Pay me to deliver that neo-geo 4 slot and I will have a look at it while I am there.

While I am not there, unplug the color and sync wires from the monitor and leave only the power connected to it. If it is still blue than it is a monitor issue. There could be other issues with the sound and power to the boards also so you could be fighting a few battles.

Let us know what the cab is and what the voltage on the 5V and 12V of the PS is also.

You can email or PM me also and I can give you a hand.
