I have a monitor that has fold over at the bottom of the screen. Is this something that is usually taken care of with a cap kit or do I need to be looking at something else?

Yes, picture foldover is a very common failure that would be cured by replacing the faulty electrolytic capacitors. What kind of monitor is it? Some are even more notorious for it than others (Sanyo 20EZ, for example).

Usually you can fix this with a cap kit.

However, the K4900 had a version of the chassis that will exhibit foldover that can't be adjusted out if not matched with a specific version of the K4900 yoke. A cap kit will not fix it if that is the reason...

It's a 25K7191. Most of my 25' monitors seem to be this model number and they all seem to have problems now! lol

It may need a capkit but I would try adjusting the 50/60 HZ pot located near the flyback first to see if you can adjust it out.
