yeah, you know that like TP201 (whatever) jumper you have to connect when in standard res? I unplugged it temporarily (I think you have to do this when the monitor's off, so I turned it off to make changes) and it SEEMED like it made it worse.
I'll jack in my Blitz 2000 board in awhile.... still trying to figure out how to put the monitor back in by myself. lol
I turned the flyback down, gave me more room with the contrast knob. I have the screen/brightness adjusted to the point where the brightness at the top is almost completely gone, and the picture isn't all faded and shitty. I had to bust the glue off the screen pot, if that's any sign.
