Monitor Adjustment Issue? Red squares smaller than other colors.

Have been adjusting some of my monitors to get them in focus more, turning down red, adjusting brightness, etc. Noticed one thing on my Multi-Williams I'm not sure about. The only time I really notice it is when Joust is showing the high score list and different colors of squares are moving around the outer edge of the screen in a large rectangle. The red squares are noticeably shorter in height than the white, yellow, etc. squares. Thus the overall large rectangle is stair stepped up and down as it moves around the screen. Other than this the monitor is fairly sharp with good colors.

I also have a Joust. On it, it shows what I assume is correct. Different colored squares are the same size and the large rectangle has straight edges.

If it makes a difference / matter, the Multi-Williams has a dark tint but Joust is clear glass.

What would do this? Something I can adjust somehow? I took some videos of it but can't tell what I'm talking about by watching it. My camera doesn't take great videos.

Unless anyone has any other ideas, I think it is a color convergence issue. Looking at it closer today, it is much worse on the top and right than the bottom and left. Looks like I'll need to learn how to adjust the rings on the back of the monitor.

Is it smaller on one side, two sides, or everywhere? Could be the yoke needs to be adjusted as well. I'm no expert by any means, just throwing some ideas out since I've been battling some convergence issues myself recently.

I adjusted the monitor rings and it is much improved but not as good as my Joust. It helped a lot to get the service button connected and be able to go into the settings and view the monitor adjustment screen for one of the games.

It wasn't as simple as the convergence link on this site showed. Each time I would adjust a ring for red or blue it would impact the other so I wound up going back and forth adjusting each second level and third level ring until it was as good as I could get it. Monitor is sharper now.

There is no convergence strips on it. It needs some for a couple corners. Looks like they are hard to source so may have to follow the instructions on some sites to make my own.
