Hey Guys,

Never seen or played a Monaco GP before, so I was gonna see if you guys could help me figure this out...

Here's what's up: THe car that I'm supposed to be driving doesn't start off on the road, but to the right side of the road in the background/house area. I have no control with the steering wheel, but shifter works, so I can't see what happens if I drive on the road...

With the steering wheel, the two gears turn and run the the black optical sensors (like a trackball's) and are connected to the wiring harness, but the car still won't budge. Any suggestions on what to look at?

Also, the road variably widens and tightens as I drive. I'm wondering if this wavyness is supposed to be there. I took a video of gameplay, but it's still kinda hard to see.

Is this stuff normal? Any ideas on what could be the culprit? Thanks!

I don't know what it could be regarding no control, but the road should widen and narrow during the game play.

My guess regarding steering is the car should start out on the side of the road (shoulder). If its starting way to the right then maybe there's some sort of calibration the steering needs. I no longer have the game but I hope this helps.
