Does anyone know Gary Blatter? I've been talking to him via email for a few days. This guy sounds like he's got TONS of cabinets and stuff for sale. He mentioned he has 12-15 galaga and ms pac cabs alone. Anyone dealt with this guy before?

That sounds like a guy I came across recently in Linn. He mentioned that he recently moved here from NE (I think) and has about 80 games in storage, lots of classics, many of which he owns multiples of. I dont remember his name though. What part of MO is Gary in?

Yeah, that's him I think, he lives in Linn. I just talked to him on the phone, he's got tons of stuff.

Linn is about 30 minutes from where I work. If you have your eye on something Ill lend my eyes to you. Hes got a few I wouldnt mind looking at myself.

Gary is a great guy to deal with. All his games are top notch. We've already done a few deals and have another on the back burner for the near future. I think he can pretty much get almost any cabinet you can think of. One cool thing I've noticed is that games I've gotten from him look like they were pulled recently from working locations, even real old games like Tempest look like they've been worked on and ready to make $$$ right now.

Purchased a NIB Jack the giant killer cocktail that was just taken out of box but not played from Gary...Gary was very patient and it was a deal that literally took like a year...:D Just because it wasn't a game high on my list... He is very fair on prices too...So he gets my highest recommendation...top notch guy...and game arrived just as described...brand new.

Sounds like someone I need to meet, since I am still looking for some games. :)

He recently relocated to Missouri from York, Nebraska, think alot of the stuff he had for sale was still located in York or Omaha, NE. Alot of the Nebraska KLOV'rs have dealt with him in the past on other arcade deals, some good some bad, I have talked to him a few times but personally have not done any business with him before, maybe some of the other members will chime in. The games I have seen him advertise for sale along with the stuff he has posted on Ebay before in my own opinion some of the stuff he has is a bit overpriced and condition of some of it is questionable (from photos I have seen), I would recommend going to look at a game in person prior to making any kind of deals with him online, this way there are no surprises on your end.

I have dealt with Gary before. He does have a ton of stuff, he was an old operator in Nebraska. I made a deal with him on some cabs once and he no showed a few times when I pulled up with the trailer, I wasnt happy, but I did not get screwed out of money, just time and energy. I know a few other KLOVrs that have been less than happy with some deals but sounds like he is being fair with you all.

I built a couple of multigame cocktails for him about 4 years ago. I had a few deals also. He gave me 5 complete but non-popular/non-dedicated games and asked only a working 19" monitor in return. I was able to get 3 of the 5 working and sold off parts from the rest. Worked out quite well for me. I also got the Donkey Kong I recently sold from him. It was in ok condition, about equal to the Tron I traded for it.

He tried to get me to go in on a deal he was working with to buy/build some kind of rec center with pool tables. I didn't bite.

I bought an Xmen, with no sound, he promised a replacement board for it, still waiting it has been 8 months.

I did some business with Gary about 6 months ago. He drove all the way from NE to MN to make our deal. He was pretty fair, kept his word, and was pleasant to deal with. Overall a good transaction...
