I like the adjustable width. How well would this work with no swivel casters?

Also, mover dollys have always done fine for me (and are 1/10 the $).

This wouldn't do any better than a movers dolly and I suspect it would do worse due to the close placement of the small wheels.

Large wheels will roll over a 1" lip between the driveway and the garage slab: Small wheels will abruptly stop the cart and make it tip if you're moving a tall object at speed.

Interesting. It's an upgrade to the typical furniture dolly.

Not a bad upgrade. I'm not sure how it would work on an arcade game.

It might be better in one facet or another, but for the most part, dollies/handtrucks already work perfectly for our usage. And are faster.
