You've got a lot of similar types of beer. I'd personally opt for a little more variety in type. For instance, you've got miller, coors, and bud light. I'd switch one and maybe even two for some local craft brews. Overall you've gone with commercial beers where I'd be more tempted with only a few with more crafts brews, but I realize they're also not so easy on the pocket. It really is up to what you like.

I like this lineup!!

I would drop either Fat Tire or Blue Moon and either Coors Light or Bud Light on tap and add regular a full strength common American beer (Busch, Budweiser, etc) and also something "Ironic" (PBR, Old Milwaukee, etc) as that will bring in the whole hipster crowd.

Nice lineup.

I live in Oregon... so I am spoiled with the amount and quality of microbrews available.

My local lineup would have:

Tap:

Widmer Hef
Widmer Drop Top
Gilgamesh Vader stout (brewed locally with locally roasted coffee beans)

Bottle:
Rogue/Voodoo Donuts Bacon Maple Stout
Widmer Omission (Gluten Free beer for my wife)

I agree with the suggestion of a dark/amber mexican beer. I would also look at Micros in your area to support local brewers. New Glarus Spotted Cow is another amazing witbier that is WAY better than Blue Moon. Root Beer on-tap is another awesome idea, and a cheap way to have good soda available.

Otherwise, I think your selection of beers is awesome!

I would first look locally. Any local (in your state) breweries? Then look to the bigger breweries from there.
