Here is my MKII Rev. 3.1 boardset. Game works, no sound. I believe the sound PCB is the culprit but I cant confirm that. I decided to start from scratch with a whole other set. So I'm including both PCB's and both cables. The PCB will need a new button cell battery if you want to save any custom settings. It's a CR2325 Battery, Radio Slack has them for $4.99.

$50 shipped USA. You can see it in action in my YouTube channel.

Any takers?

Now comes with a second sound PCB, still no sound, not sure if I have 2 bad sound PCB's or if its a main board issue. $50 shipped takes it all.

Damn, still no sound?...crazy.

Did you get a new MK2 board set? If so, does that one have sound?

Oh, slightly off topic question. I think you wired up your MK1/2 kick harness wires with quick connect splitters...so did I. I was wondering if you have noticed the same issue I'm having. When 2 players are playing, the low punch/low kick get mixed up between the players. Actually, what happens is I'll hit low kick or low punch and both players will low kick or low punch at the same time...just weird. If I don't use the splitters, there's no issues whatsoever.

should probably start a thread in repair. we don't wanna totally derail the man's thread. lol

I'll help you in there, tell me exactly what you're doing. if you have an MK1 and MK2 in the same cab, with both kick harnesses plugged into their respective boards while one is off, it will create feedback between the 2 boards.

I havent bought a new boardset yet, the proceeds from this set will go towards a new one though. I bought a "questionable" sound board cheap from another member so its very possible that theres just 2 sound boards that are bad, not sure. I'm going to start from scratch.

Weve already gone thru a thread trying to diagnose this, no need to start another one. I havent noticed any problems with the buttons in either game, but I havent played MKII much.

Okay, well, sucks that you may have 2 bad sound boards...should've bought my working one...lol...jk.

Hope the new board set fixes your sound issue. Good luck.
